The ornate William Morris Pimpernel motif on this large tray is in a classic green coloured floral style from the Arts & Crafts Movement. This beautiful Morris & Co design from Spode is as relevant and popular today as when it first appeared over 100 years ago.
Rigid and lightweight melamine is a tough and durable material ideal for all types of trays. Not easily cracked or shattered, especially when compared to alternative materials such as glass or ceramic. Also, melamine is stronger and generally more stylish in appearance than plastic.
Also useful is the ability to easily wipe clean your Pimpernel tray and remove any food or spilt liquids. The non-porous nature of melamine means no food or liquid will be absorbed into the serving tray.
